Description du lieu
Victoria Quay is a Scottish Government building located in the historic Leith Docklands area. Constructed in the 1990s and officially opened by Queen Elizabeth II in 1996, the building is designed to house offices for over 1500 civil servants. Look out for nautical influences in the building design - highlighted when viewing across the Quay.
Notes de prise de vue
This location is situated along the tram route from City Centre to Newhaven (nearest stop Ocean Terminal). You won’t be inundated with crowds or jostling for position. The quay which you are shooting over does not have any sort of activity that would disrupt the water, however it can be affected by wind which will disturb the surface and not offer the same crisp mirror-like effect.
